ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COVID-19:

 

Hello everyone we pray you are all in good health and staying safe. These unprecedented times have definitely affected us all. With our community, clients, staff and family in mind we wanted to address what we are doing in response to COVID-19

 

First and foremost the safety of anyone who comes into our building is of paramount importance and we have taken every precaution necessary to ensure that our facilities are sanitized and thoroughly cleaned during this trying time. Our top priority is the health of everyone, especially those who come into our store at this time.

 

We will remain open for both Sales and Service to the community for any automotive needs that you may have. However we are changing the process to adapt to these changing times.

 

Effective immediately our sales department is offering a fully digital purchase process including delivery for local purchases. This is a process that will begin on our website at  https://www.pellegrinoautosales.com/

 

There you can select a vehicle, submit a credit application, get bank approval, we will print purchase paperwork, provide necessary DMV docs, set up your insurance and then make delivery arrangements for the vehicle.

 Effective immediately we are implementing a similar procedure for our Service Department. You can bring in your vehicle, leave the key in our drop box, in order to adhere to the social distancing that is currently in place. You can call our service department directly at (585) 344-2658 and make arrangements to drop off your vehicle and advise us of your current service needs. We can contact you by phone before and after the work is completed. Payments can be made via phone with a credit / debit card.
